"While I did not purchase my unit from Denise, I happened past their kiosk in the Woodfield Mall one day and left my name and number hoping they would contact me, which they did. I had been unable to contact the person who sold me the unit and wanted information about a second, smaller unit for my bedroom. Denise and her son, Thomas contacted me and we scheduled an appointment at which time Denise showed me how to clean my original unit for optimum efficiency, something that my previous dealer had not shown me. "We purchased our air purification unit in August and I can't say enough about it. We are in an old building and it had a constant musty smell. We used the dehumidifier and candles to combat this musty smell. These things helped but needed to be run constantly to be effective. When we did the trial with the air purification unit I told myself that I would be happy with 50% improvement, I didn't anything short of knocking the building down and starting over would help with the musty smell. I was shocked and delighted that within less than a week the musty odor was completely gone. The unit has little to no maintenance and Tend 2 Corp has answered any questions for us along the way."
